“Aum” points to a primordial vibration for truth and peace that transcends traditions, echoed in the ancient sounds of Om, Amen, Ameen, and Hum.

Through compassionate self-inquiry (The Work of Byron Katie), and self-led parts work (Internal Family Systems) we will gently unblock the path to your own inner compassion and wisdom. By awakening to what is real, and freeing from the shackles of stressful thought patterns, anyone who engages in these modalities usually finds their way back to “aum”.

No, you don’t need to be religious or spiritual to find your freedom. In fact, the fewer the beliefs, the faster is this “unlearning” journey we are going to be on. All you need is a deep, voracious appetite for your truth, and an open mind.

And what can getting in touch with your inner wisdom do for you? Everything - or at least, everything that is right for you, in a way that feels right as well. Seeing and embracing our inner wisdom makes us courageous, helps us have harmonious relationships and frees up our energy to live with creativity, joy and purpose.
