I Need Your Approval, Is It True?
Do you anxiously rehearse how to present yourself for events and meetings? Obsess over how you should dress? Get consumed about what you should say? Do you worry about being noticed, liked, and approved of, even by strangers? Do you fear missing out, and feel the need to incessantly engage on digital & social media? Finally, are you tired, pained, and disillusioned about this ceaseless need for approval that knows no bounds and offers no comfort?
If so, we invite you to immerse yourself in a 6-week meaningful experience to do the Work on your approval-seeking tendencies, while being witnessed and supported in a safe group with dedicated individuals. Inspired by BK’s book, “I Need Your Love, Is That True?”, we will inquire into, and alchemize all of the above, in class, partner assignments, group reflections, and more.
Coming home to my body
“I wish I had a flat stomach. It would make me feel so young and happy!”, “My hips are too big and nothing fits me anymore”, “I wish my body would cooperate with me”, “Why doesn't this pain go away?”, “Must be nice to have all these muscles on”, “They look so happy and healthy in their body… I am desperate and hopeless looking at mine”, “I don't want to talk about my body, it’s too depressing”, “My body? Which body? Oh this? This is just a vehicle to take me places…”
-Inner talk from a modern day woman / man, on a good day :)
If you experience a version of this inner dialogue in your head, you are not alone. We invite you to join us for a meaningful 6-week journey within which we will deconstruct our relationship to our bodies, question our thoughts about our body, and allow new insights to emerge. Through experiential exercises, inner inquiries, and group shares, we will transform our beliefs about ourselves and our bodies and discover a better way of being in our temples.
Let’s come home to our bodies. Let’s come home to ourselves...
I Need Your Love, Is It True?
In line with Hollywood romantic movies and Disney’s happily ever after, did you grow up expecting a perfect prince(ess) charming and a fairytale bliss-filled relationship? Have you become confused by how love turned out for you? Maybe every time you thought “I finally found love”, your partner did or said something that made you question the whole romantic love thing?
After all, what is the definition of romantic love? Is it doing things for each other, supporting one another, matching effort for effort? Is it having the same values and driving towards the same life vision? Does it require moulding each other to fit our needs? Where does the line between compromise and authenticity lie?
Or…is there a different way to love?
One where we honour ourselves while working towards our love? Where we don’t seek the other’s approval nor withdraw ours? Where differences can be respected and our collective love honored? Can truth and love co-exist? Or is this naive and delusional?
Let's find out together: we invite you to a meaningful experiential 6-week immersive journey anchored in the Work and inspired by BK’s revolutionary book “I Need Your Love: Is That True?”
Alchemy of Abundance
How do you dance with money in your life? Are you entangled in the harsh grip of scarcity? Or are you basking in the glow of enchanted abundance? Each morning, how do you orient yourself in this material world: clear about your financial desires? Or caught in the web of unconscious barriers?
Stepping beyond conventional financial thinking, this course will journey into the heart of our deepest convictions about wealth. We will deconstruct our relationship with money, question our stressful thoughts about scarcity and acceptance of wealth, access the cultural and ancestral influences that shape it, and to reclaim our own wisdom and truth around prosperity and empowerment.
