Co-Facilitating Courses Anchored In The Work
I recently took a course called "I Need Your Approval, Is It True?" from Deepa and Amel, and I enjoyed it very much and got a lot out of it. Seeking love and approval from others is one of my core motivations and one of the hardest topics to work through as part of Byron Katie's The Work. Both Deepa and Amel provided a safe and supportive space, and they were conscientious and well-prepared.
In addition, I've had experience doing The Work with Deepa in another class where we were both students and then privately in a 1-4-1. Deepa's comments in that class and in our 1-4-1 were always thoughtful, and I could tell she was thinking deeply about her own growth and that she was passionate about The Work. I know that any course Deepa and Amel give will be valuable and a safe space where learning and self-knowledge are fully supported!
