I was very happy to attend your introduction course on Byron Katie's The Work. I was somewhat familiar with it so was eager to attend and learn from a practicing professional. I am so glad I did. You have designed the 90 mins course pretty crisply, without missing out on details. The slides are informative and helpful and a good aid to understand the concepts. Sharing examples thru two actual demonstrations was very beneficial. Also, as a facilitator, you were humble, vulnerable and very relatable.
