If you have attended an Introductory Session and want to start using The Work as a daily practice, you may consider this Online Course - “Judge Your Neighbour, Write it Down” spread across 3 weeks.

​

As the name suggests, you will learn how to work through the foundational Judge Your Neighbour worksheet of Byron Katie with theory, live demos, lots of hands-on practice, and a supportive space to ask questions and share reflections.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The sessions will be structured as follows:-

 

Session 1 - 31st May (Sun) - 10 am to 1 pm IST (3 hours) | Practicing The Work

 

Session 2 - 7th June (Sun) - 10 30 am to 12 30 pm IST (2 hours) | JYN, Write it Down (1)

 

Session 3 - 14th June (Sun) - 10 30 am to 12 30 pm IST (2 hours) | JYN, Write it Down (2)

 

This will be an intensive course - that means there will be mandatory, yet achievable homework to be done between the sessions, on your own as well as with a co-participant who will be assigned as your homework partner. You will need to schedule a meeting with your homework partner (less than 1 hour)  for the week in order to complete your homework. As always, the more we put in, the more we get out :)

Recordings will be made available for a limited time in case you miss a session. However inquiries done inside breakout rooms will not be recorded. 

​

​Fees: SGD 59 (approx INR 4,500) and available right now if you have had a basic introduction to The Work (from me or others) 

 

The course will be floated with a minimum of 4 participants.
